Cerveau Agité (@cerveau.agite) is an innovative media that raises awareness and informs a wide audience about mental health issues. We combine this communication with more concrete actions with students and citizens. This media has a double objective: to democratize access to information and to fight against prejudices about mental health. The media takes the form of an Instagram page on which we relay testimonies of people with mental disorders, infographics of people concerned or podcasts of health personnel.
