Microsoft Office Suite Tools

During the health crisis, access to the tools of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams and storage on OneDrive 50 GB in particular) was made available to students at the institution who did not have these tools on their computers.

To do so, log on to the Office 365 platform here: https://www.office.com/ with your UGA login built as follows: login@azure.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr (replace "login" with your own usual Agalan UGA login).

You will be asked for a second authentication to access the tools authorized for the establishment. Use your usual UGA login and password.

You will then be able to choose to use the Microsoft online tools, or to download the software on your computer.

Please note: once the health crisis is over, you will still be able to use the Microsoft online tools, however, we do not guarantee access to the software downloaded and installed on your computer, it is the strategy of the establishment UGA that will decide its maintenance.

The university does not provide assistance in the use of the tools, however, in case of problems you can contact the student computer support by writing to sos-etudiants@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr.
