Services exist to support you in your daily life and guide you to the right contacts.

RECEPTION OF THE PUBLIC IN EXILE

The "students in exile" reception office Colibri holds weekly meetings to support students in the different stages of support and to help with the procedures.

Integration process and installation

The reception desk at the iCampus - Welcome Center supports cohesion and guides students to the right representatives. It offers advice on procedures and offers students guidance on accessing individual rights and aids together with the Crous social service.

It is worth making an appointment in advance with the Support Service.

FINANCIAL AID

If you are experiencing major financial difficulties and are facing an emergency, the CROUS social service can give you ad-hoc support.

To apply for ad-hoc aid, you must make an appointment with a CROUS social assistant.

RIGHT OF RESIDENCE

The volunteer association RUSF 38 complements the university's sessions to ensure civic support of international people in difficulty.

Sessions are held in the Colibri reception desk every Tuesday, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. .
