There are lots of student residences in the city.
Rents are generally equivalent to accommodation in the private sector (€360-750). To find a place, you need to contact the residence and complete an application.
"KOLOC'A PROJETS SOLIDAIRES - KAPS": A CIVIC ALTERNATIVE
With the instrument "Koloc' A Projets Solidaires ou KAPS", the AFEV offers students apartment shares that enable solidarity engagement (academic support, support at local structures and associations, etc.).KAPS are aimed at young people who want to live together in an innovative and community-orientated way. Enthusiasm and motivation are key criteria for being able to make the most of this experience.
The price of rent is €295 including charges (approximately). Internet is included in charges, and only electricity is tenants' responsibility.
