Following the instructions established by the president of the republic, The CROUS services will be adapted from monday, march 16.



During the summer, your Crous always offers facilities to eat on the Saint-Martin-d'Hères campus.

  • From 29th June to 10th July: the self-service Intermezzo will be open from 10am to 2.30pm.
  • From 6 July to 14 August: Barnave restaurant will be open from 11.20 am to 1.45 pm.
  • From 17 August: reopening of the self-service restaurant and the restaurant l'Intermezzo

All other catering facilities are closed until the start of the school year.


The Direction de la Vie Etudiante, in conjunction with the CROUS and the services, monitors food distributions. Check these pages regularly.

All residences remain open but are not welcoming new residents.

Students who can are invited to return home. We encourage those of you who can, to return to the family home. It is recommended that international students who wish to return to their country within the next few days.

To prevent the departure of your accommodation, temporary or permanent, please report it very quickly by email to your residence and avoid going to the reception: list of phone numbers and emails for residences. You will be informed by mail of the procedures for returning the keys and the status of the premises.

As of April 1st, all students who have left - even temporarily - their accommodation in a university residence managed by a Crous, WILL NO LONGER PAY their rent UNTIL THEIR RETURN. (Information)

If you leave your unit permanently, then the rent will not be due as of April 1, without applying the one month notice.

For those who stay, thank you in advance for giving priority to exchanges with the administration by email and telephone. A student who hasn't left his room IS REDEVABLE from his rent.

Please note that all activities are canceled until further notice.


As of monday 16 March, every Happsy Hours appointment will continue, but will take place online through text and video chat.


The mailing of the DSE application is mandatory, you will be able to do it after the confinement period. Most students are currently unable to send in their DSE application, so there will be no penalty.

For the students in a Crous residence who must print their DSE application : if you do not have access to a printer, please send an email to our staff for your application to be printed for free every Thursday then handed to your front desk for retrieval. Do not forget to state your room number, your residence and your full name in your email.

The printed application will be put in your individual mailbox, then sent to the Crous Grenoble Alpes Centre de Numérisation by our staff.

Any question regarding your application for grants or accommodation (Dossier Social Etudiant)? Make an appointment on the MesRDV section on the MesServices website, and our staff will call you and answer your questions (service open between 10am and 12pm)


Grants and scholarships will still be paid in full, despite de closing of schools and universities.

Even if the universities are closed, payment of all scholarship recipients is assured and will not take into account attendance.

From 06 to 10 July 2020: your Accueil Bourse et Logement will be open from Monday to Wednesday from 12:00 to 14:00 and on Friday from 10:00 to 12:00. L'Accueil will be exceptionally closed on Thursday, July 09, 2020.

Summer closure: the Accueil Bourse et Logement will be closed from 01 August to 16 August 2020.


Financial Aids or hygiene and food vouchers can only be awarded by social workers after an appointment. Students in difficulty must therefore contact the social services by logging on to online or through email at

Appointments will be made by social workers only by phone.
